Sounding Board $80
Do you ever need an objective friend, a neutral party, someone to vent to, who can refrain from judgement, or offer some reflective listening? In this 1 hour session, Meredith uses Attunement to surround the issue with healing energy as you verbally process. Meredith listens actively and with discernment as you communicate. When it is appropriate, she may helpful tools, practices or resources to empower and support you as you work through the issue.
Distance Healing $80
Don’t want to get out of the house for some reason? Under the weather? Broken heart? Anxious? Depressed? No transportation? No problem! Whatever your circumstance may be, energy can still reach you, for it is not bound by time or space. (It sounds crazy, but it works!) Receive a healing session in the comfort of your own home, or halfway across the world, or wherever you may be.
